Anders Ilar lives in Goteborg, Sweden. He was born in 1973 and started
playing piano at the age of six. He became a fan of Kraftwerk, Depeche
Mode and Tangerine Dream and started his journey into the electronic music
world. He started producing electronic music in 1987 with a korg poly 800 II
and a roland tr-505, but eventually ended up with an array of analogue and
digital sythesizers, drum machines and sequencers. Still not satisfied he
gave up producing in 1997 in order to focus on deejaying, until he discovered
software production in 2000.
Since then he has released numerous EPs and 5 long players on labels like Shitkatapult, Audio.nl,
Plong!, Echocord, Narita, Merck, Defrag and of course Level Records.
